Q: What makes me different compared to consultants?

A: I used work within a company and I understand everyday problems, frustrations, imperfections. I demonstrate an alternative approach, I ask questions that may be a little less comfortable. I also don't take over the company's project and I don't become a member of the project. I want a 100% independent perspective and the ability to catch what perhaps people in the company no longer see.


Q: Whose theories I am using? Are they my own?

A: I use the theories that have been validated and verified by research that often takes as long as 50 years! My value is that I know them and I know when it makes sense to use them. I focus on a good "match" - the connection between the situation of the company and the approach.
